2. We’ll schedule a consultation call — This is where we get to know each other, talk through your plans, and make sure we’re the perfect fit. You can ask anything — timelines, packages, creative direction, all of it.
3. You’ll choose your collection — Once you’ve selected the package that fits your day, I’ll send over a proposal with everything laid out clearly.
4. Contract + retainer — Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid. After that, you’re locked in and on my calendar.
5. Planning begins — We’ll work together on timelines, engagement session details, and anything else you need to feel fully supported leading up to your wedding.

Absolutely! You can reach out anytime. Many couples inquire before locking in a date, and it’s completely normal. We can talk through your plans, your ideal season or venue, and what availability typically looks like. Once your date is confirmed, I’ll check my calendar and secure it for you.

Most of my packages include travel within the local area, and any additional travel fees are always communicated upfront. If your wedding is a bit farther away or requires flights or lodging, I’ll put together a simple, transparent travel quote so you know exactly what to expect, no surprises!
